Who we are

Evergreen Desk ("we") provides AI receptionist services to local businesses. Contact: hello@evergreendesk.co.

What we collect

From visitors to this site: the details you submit in the demo request form (name, business, email, optional phone) and basic usage data.

From our clients' customers: when a customer talks to a client's AI assistant, we process the messages and contact details they share, only on behalf of that client, to answer questions, book appointments and notify the business.

How we use it

To respond to your request, deliver and improve the service, and send you notifications you've asked for. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, messaging, calendar and AI providers) under appropriate agreements, or where the law requires.

Calls, SMS and WhatsApp

Phone calls handled by the AI may be recorded or transcribed, and callers are informed at the start of the call. SMS and WhatsApp messages are sent only to people who have opted in. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or opt out of marketing emails, by emailing us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the service or the law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
