The service
Evergreen Desk sets up and operates an AI assistant for your business (website chat, messaging and, on some plans, phone). Features depend on your package.
Fees
A one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee apply per your chosen package. Monthly service is month-to-month and you may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Setup fees are for work already performed and are non-refundable once work begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
AI limitations
The assistant is trained on information you provide. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information (prices, hours, policies) and for reviewing it. The service is not a substitute for emergency or professional medical, legal or financial services.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to give us your content, and that you will comply with laws that apply to your business, including recording, telemarketing, SMS/WhatsApp consent and privacy laws.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings or revenue. Figures on this site are illustrative.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
